This website is run independently by an individual fomo user. It is not owned, operated or endorsed by FOMO Labs Inc. ("fomo"). It shares a referral code, pav098, and general information about the fomo app.
2. Who Can Use It
The site is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Crypto trading may be restricted where you live; it's your responsibility to follow your local laws.
3. Not Financial Advice
Everything on this site is general information only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Crypto, and memecoins in particular, are highly volatile and you can lose all of the money you put in. Do your own research and consider speaking with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
4. Accuracy of Information
Fees, discounts, referral terms, withdrawal times and app features are set by fomo and can change at any time without notice. Information here is provided in good faith and checked periodically, but it may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always confirm details, including the fee shown in the app, before you trade. Calculators, examples and animations are illustrations only.
5. Referral Disclosure
pav098 is the site owner's personal referral code. If you sign up with it, the site owner may earn a share of the trading fees your account generates, and you may receive a fee discount. Using the code is optional. Whether a code is accepted, and what discount applies, is decided solely by fomo.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
This site links to fomo and other third-party websites and may use third-party services (such as web fonts or hosting) that can process basic technical data like your IP address. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. This site has no control over them and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, actions or any losses connected to them, including your fomo account or funds.
7. Privacy
This site does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email or payment details. Copying the referral code happens in your own browser.
8. No Warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site owner is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or any linked service. That includes trading losses, missed opportunities, lost profits, fee differences and problems with third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree that you're responsible for your own decisions and for how you use this site, and you agree not to hold the site owner responsible for claims or losses that result from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

These terms may be updated at any time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
